Chosón Taekwon-Do Australia is an officially recognised school affiliated with the International Taekwon-Do Federation (Main Plaque No: 5482) in Vienna. The school was formed by Sabum Steven Luxmoore (5th Dan I.T.F.), who has 25 years experience in practicing Martial Arts, and is located on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.

The name "Chosón" was chosen as the name of the school as it represents the ancient name for Korea, the birthplace of Taekwon-Do. The symbol of Chosón Taekwon-Do Australia is the ancient map of Korea, which symbolizes one Korean nation and represents the life of the founder of Taekwon-Do General Choi, Hong Hi. General Choi live equal time in both North and South Korea. The name also recognises that the I.T.F. was the original international body for the development of Taekwon-Do which was formed in South Korea in 1966.

Chosón Taekwon-Do Australia is the only officially recognised I.T.F. organistion on the Gold Coast and is the sole representative for the Paul Cutler Taekwon-Do Academy in Australia. Chosón Taekwon-Do Australia is also the only organisation in Australia formally affiliated to First Grandmaster Rhee, Ki Ha (9th Dan), "The Best Student Ever of Taekwon-Do" and the United Kingdom Taekwon-Do Association.

Sabum Luxmoore is the only officially recognised I.T.F. instructor on the Gold Coast and is the only Australian representative of Senior Master Paul Cutler (8th Dan).
